Vis Vis Boom is a UK-based web service at visvisboom.com that allows users to upload CSV data and generate exportable charts. By using Vis Vis Boom you agree to these terms. If you have questions, contact us at hello@visvisboom.com.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Vis Vis Boom offers a free tier with 5 chart exports per month and a Pro tier at £8/month with unlimited exports and additional features. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Your free tier allowance resets monthly from your account creation date.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time and will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. To cancel, manage your subscription via your account settings.
CSV files you upload are processed entirely in your browser and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. You retain full ownership of your data. Charts you export are yours to use freely.
You agree not to use Vis Vis Boom to:
Charts exported on the free plan include a "Made with visvisboom.com" watermark. Removing or obscuring this watermark on free plan exports is not permitted. Pro plan exports are watermark-free.
We aim to keep Vis Vis Boom available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.
Vis Vis Boom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Vis Vis Boom after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
