  • Usage data such as the number of charts you have exported
  • Payment information processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details

We do not collect, store, or process the CSV data you upload. All CSV processing happens entirely in your browser and never reaches our servers.

3. How we use your data

We use your data solely to:

  • Provide and improve the Vis Vis Boom service
  • Manage your account and subscription
  • Send essential service emails (e.g. receipts, account notices)
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate Vis Vis Boom:

  • Clerk — authentication and user management
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Supabase — database and user data storage
  • Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

Each of these services has their own privacy policy and data processing agreements. We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days. Payment records may be retained longer where required by law.
